'We had a very pleasant stay and the house was clean and tidy. If you want to experience like staying at home, this is a very good place to stay. The front desk ( Mr.Manivannan/ Mrs.Thanumathy/ Mr.Arun) and support staff ( Mr.Rabi ) was very polite and prompt in their service. Most of the Staffs are Very convenient , helpful staff., very courteous staff.Breakfast facility was also available in the dining area of the respective apartment rooms. We can get Good Lunch and Dinner on requst basis.I...
'Superb 5 star hotel. Very nice, clean and modern spacious rooms. Restaurant Colony, serves continental dishes as well a local Indian food in buffet or menu.
On Sunday's there is special lunch buffet, where locals reserve for to be able to attend.
Very friendly and helpfull staff, for me the place to stay when I'm in Chennai!!'
'The stay was really good. Lots of good eateries near by. The receptionist Dhanush was of great help in taking care of my logistics, as I was new to the city. All the cab bookings from the hotel to my destinations were taken care by him, which saved me significant amount of money. If anyone is planning for US VISA related stay, this is the best bet with affordable price, as the drive to the consulate is less than 10 mins. '

'The staff were very friendly and nice! The rooms are clean.
The road the hotel located in is small so big vehicles cannot go in easily.
It’s a busy road with locals. There are some restaurants available close by.
There are no parking with the hotel
Overall I would give it 7/10 just because of the location. '

'Hotellet lå en ok sted og resturant havde dejlig mad, hotellet lidt slidt, men behjælplig service på hotellet, og prisen var nok ok i forhold til kvalitet, så ønsker man en sted at sove og ikke opholde sig for meget på hotellet er det et godt sted '
'Brand new hotel with high end amenities. A total of 23 rooms available. We stayed in a quadraple room with one single bed and one king bed. Interior designs are top notch. The golden colour gate and golden colour elevator is matched with the hotel name. The location is very strategic. Food is good and a nice pool area.
Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star
accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk around to see for themselves.
