'NOTHING........I actually CAN NOT believe you people represent this hell hole. I will be putting it all over social media how shocking everything was! Nothing like the pictures at all. No towels, No toilet paper, no clean linen, filthy, disgusting even bathroom. Shocking unfriendly management and no working fridge. That Expedia actually represents them is shocking you should be embarrassed. I let yesterday at 12. I sat at airport till my flight at 1:30 this morning. My money should be...

'Superb 5 star hotel. Very nice, clean and modern spacious rooms. Restaurant Colony, serves continental dishes as well a local Indian food in buffet or menu. On Sunday's there is special lunch buffet, where locals reserve for to be able to attend. Very friendly and helpfull staff, for me the place to stay when I'm in Chennai!!'

'The reception desk staff could not have cared less if we were there, wouldn’t even make eye contact. The security guard outside was very pleasant. Very busy neighborhood, be careful not to get run down while walking.'

'The hotel seems recently renovated and allowed us to sit in the lobby with the air conditioning even though our arrival was hours before the check-in time. There is an elevator as well and the location is very convenient for accessing restaurants and food. The rooms and washrooms are really small however, especially for the 3-person room.'

'Good stay. The breakfast buffet is absolutely great with tons of options, South Indian, North Indian, continental, etc. and the spa is great for a relaxing massage. While the rooms are definitely on the smaller side, they are super clean and modern. My only critique is that they lack some basic 5-star amenities like a hot tub or a sauna in the wellness area. Overall though, it's a solid, clean, and decent place to stay in central Chennai!'
