'Staff are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are in decent shape but can certainly be more clean. Room service on busy days like Friday should be more prompt. It takes forever to get room service delivered. I dont blame the staff but the senior management should have more staff allocated as its a big hotel and I am sure the staff is running around. Please add more staff on busy days. Dont want the staff to be on the receiving end but instead the management should do a better job.'

'Superb 5 star hotel. Very nice, clean and modern spacious rooms. Restaurant Colony, serves continental dishes as well a local Indian food in buffet or menu. ' Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...
