'A great stay in Bemus Point! The house had everything we needed and was really organized. The location is really close to the lake and a short walk to the center of town.'

'The property is amazing. Great location and very lovely. Separate spaces for two families if needed with the upstairs as a master suite with full bath and kitchen. Downstairs has two spacious bedrooms a kitchen and one and a half baths. Very close to the youth center also.'

'Our second stay at this property, awesome we will be back'

'Our family loved this property! The front porch became the hub of where we spent pretty much the whole vacation. The front porch is bright, friendly, with beautiful views and constant sightings of different types of birds. It was relaxing and so pleasant. The home itself, was immaculate, welcoming, and so very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool during the day,and sitting around the fire pit at night. The owner was super responsive and even welcomed us with a lovely basket of treats left on...

'Upon arrival at first everything was great. As we unpacked we noticed small things, like a used towel under the couch in the living room and no waterproof shower curtain for inside the shower. Almost every piece of dishware we pulled out to use had to be rewashed because of dried food stuck on them. 'The house has a large open floor plan downstairs that made a lovely place for our family to gather. We had a few questions and needs when we checked in but the host was very responsive and helpful.'

'Travel to this location was challenging at night. The house itself is very rustic with steep stairs up to the upstairs bedrooms that could be challenging for seniors. The top of the stairs is a safety issue. The cleaning was adequate. The farm abimals nearby were fun to watch.'

'The house was as expected, very clean and comfortable, and definitely great for young families. The fire station alarm did go off several times while we were staying there, but the host was very conscientious and communicative about it. Lovely outdoor space and just steps from Main St shops. Would stay again!'
