'Excellent communication with the owners. The place is as advertised and perfect for large families in need of extra beds. Location was also perfect for families with teens who want a little independence as they can easily walk or bike to places in town. Overall a great rental - will come again!'

'Beautiful, clean, well appointed house in a peaceful setting. Easy & quick (20 minute) access to Assateague & Ocean City beaches without the chaos of staying in OC. Berlin and Snow Hill are fun historic eastern shore towns to explore. Take a day trip south to Pokomoke State Park for a calming non-beach nature experience. So nice we booked it again on our first day there.'

'The house was just lovely!! The flowers in the yard were beautiful and very inviting when we arrived, everywhere you looked something was blooming. We visited during a heat wave so we didn't enjoy the outdoor seating. It looked awesome. The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay perfect.'

'The home was beautiful, very clean and spacious. The back deck had a beautiful view of the canal and was very peaceful. Check in and out process was very easy. Owner was very communicative before, during and after our stay answering any questions I had. Location was perfect, just about 10 minutes from Ocean City, close to the beach and boardwalk. 'This property should be listed for tall people. The balcony seating, dining table & chairs, and even the kitchen cabinet height were all for extra tall people. The doors all screeched eerily until we used WD40 on them. The bathtub wouldn't hold water until we took it apart and got it to close the drain. There is also a step between the dining area and kitchen. We knicknamed it "Killer" after the 3rd fall we took. The worst part was the dishwasher witch was extremely noisy and didn't really clean...
