'Perfect for low maintenance folks. For me, Paddling boarding right off of the property was awesome. For my family it was a great location for getting up to hop on a boat or drive the Assateague to go fishing for the day. There are outdoor grills and plenty of space by the water to have an outdoor picnic. The pool albeit small, was never really too crowded and offered a place to just relax.
