Well located hotel, large rooms for a good price. There was no housekeeping during my stay. Reception staff is nit very punctual. Sauna and swimming is niot complimentary.

Ideal location for exploring Astana
The location makes all major Astana’s attractions pretty much walkable. I especially liked my dayly walks along the riverside bisides the presidential palace.

A/C is controlled by the hotel and they never turned it on despite the rooms being quite hot Mini fridge didn’t turn on Water in the shower goes cold every 10 seconds Laundry service wasn’t open the whole time I was there (5 days) Not the worst experience, but just not good for the price, you may as well stay somewhere cheaper because at least they don’t advertise amenities they don’t have Room service was good and cheap, free breakfast was decent

Property is fine but not particularly inspiring or modern. Liked that they had a fridge in the room. TV had only one English channel (Bloomberg) and screen reception was fuzzy (not that I could watch Bloomberg for too long anyway, so no huge loss). Having CNN or BBCWorld would have been nice. While there are some attractions not far from the hotel, it's not the most walkable city. Was easy to get taxis as it's on a main road.

新市街のタワーへの徒歩圏内の立地にあります。モスクやピラミッドまでは無理して歩きましたが、ちょっときつかったので、タワー以外はタクシーで移動した方がいいです。ホテル全体は綺麗でフロントの若い女性が一生懸命翻訳アプリを使って会話してくれて助かりました。

The hotel look old, the corridor is so dark and scary (especially the 3rd floor), we request high floor bit we got only the 3rd floor (from 9 floor), room is clean, comfortable bed, but everything is old, air conditioned didn’t work (but it was fixed later), the warm water system also didn’t work on the first night on whole building (warming system isn’t stable), no amenities in the room even hair dryer and trash bin (just only toothbrush is offered), wifi was good, breakfast was basic, location is great and many restaurants nearby and close to landmark of the city

Brilliant
Staff has a service level that rivals much more luxurious and expensive hotels. Everyone is fluent in English. Breakfast is very nice, albeit very russian. Only thing I missed was a couple of Nescafé bags on the room, as it was now it was only tea. Otherwise truly top notch for the price.

A disappointing stay
I wanted to see this hotel because of its high points however the Result was very disappointing, The rooms are way too small and it’s not what we see in the photos, half of the foods in the menu were not served. There are a lot of better and better options in NurSultan and no way to stay again at this hotel.

Modern and Central
Easy hotel for airport taxis to find, is right in the centre of the new town within short walking distance of the central avenue and palace. Views out the front are onto one of the main roads and a modern government apartment building. Be aware that soldiers will question anyone taking photos of this and the palace and only tourists will be allowed to do this (in moderation). Found the reception efficient and helpful including detailing what taxis should charge. The lifts are small, most of the rooms are long and narrow but we’ll presented. Temperature was controllable by radiator knobs, bathroom door couldn’t close properly, gels were provided rather than soap and deadbolt wouldn’t work, however good beds and desk, chair and bedside cabinets provided along with multiple lights, cupboards, tea making, a fridge, multiple sockets, large wall mounted TV, strong wifi signal and a large floor rug. Expect significant snow in winter, however the hotel frontage and near by roads are continually cleared. Excellent spot for people who want to explore the city centre from a modern comfortable hotel.

Great trip to Astana
Was in Astana to watch a football match. Everything was fantastic at the hotel, although after the match service in the bar got a bit delayed. Only a small thing. Overall, great stay, great staff with the manager deserving a special mention for the warm welcome and hospitality he gave our group over the four days.

Fur Kurzaufenthalt okay, gibt Besseres
Lage zentral im Regierungsviertel. Hotel etwas alt und schon in abgewohntem Zustand. Unangenehmer Geruch in den Zimmern. Ansonsten weitgehend ok. Frühstück nichts Besonderes aber für den Preis in Ordnung. Meiner Kollegin wurde leider in der Lobby die Jacke gestohlen, es kann dort jeder ein- und ausgehen..

Hard to find and nobody nearby (restaurants, stores, cafes) knows where the hotel is. It isn't small, but the taxi drivers don't know where it is. FIX YOUR GOOGLE MAPS coordinates!!! FYI, the hotel is on the side facing Mangilik El avenue (where 2 golden tower buildings stand)

Wifiが不安定なときがありましたが、それ以外は快適に過ごせました。シャワーのお湯も、安定して温かかったです。バス停が近く、空港からの100番のバスも目の前にあるバス停で降りられました。もちろん、タクシーも利用しましたが。スーパーマーケットは少し歩かないとないですが、さして不便は感じませんでした。
