'Such a perfect stay. The staff are wonderful and extremely attentive, the room was delightful and we got a free upgrade to a suite. The food was delicious (especially dinner in the restaurant) and the spa was just what we needed.

'We stayed for one night as we were going to a concert at Utilia. We arrived later than planned so decided to have dinner at the hotel which was delicious. Room was lovely and exceeded expectations. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast in our room. We will definitely book here again next time we visit Birmingham.'

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De kamers zagen er keurig uit. Goede bedden en kussens. Schone badkamer met een goede douche.
Ontbijt is iets karig als je niet van Engels ontbijt houd. Ei, bacon, worst, witte bonen, toast. Verder yoghurt met cereals, brood, croissant, muffins.
