'Not that they had any control over it, but there was loud construction going on next door that began at 7:30am every day. Something to note as well, there were no onsite staff. I will say, they were incredibly responsive through What’s app. The property is beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. We were able to leave our bags after checkout since we had a later train out of the city.'

'Very kind welcome. Supermarket opposite to the hotel for people who want to make diner or breakfast. Near the historic center of Oviedo and several ‘siderias’ around the hotel. Comfortable appartments.'

'Beautifully designed property surrounded by local farms and close to the quaint village of Tazones, only a 25 minute drive to Villaviciosa. You can hike directly to Tazones and a few other routes right from the property. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, modern, and clean. The kitchen has decent cookware and good silverware and plates. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.'

'The property lacks kitchen equipment needed if you intend to do more than the most basic cooking. No grater, no peeler, no colander or large sieve, no kettle, no oven gloves and only one small tea towel - only one dishwasher tablet supplied and no washing detergent and no drying rack so either you use the machine drying function or you don’t wash your clothes. It’s modern, reasonably comfortable and well located very close the centre of town on a nice street. Not having a dedicated parking space...

'Excellent base for exploring the town and the region. Really helpful to have allocated private parking as the town gets really busy with visitors. Location great: town centre, beach and walks within 5 mins from the flat. We didn’t use the cooking facilities but nice little kitchen would be handy for families. We are looking forward to returning already.'

'It’s a nice appartement. It has almost everything. But far too many and too noisy dogs barking at night. Why are neighbours not complaining? We did not succeed in getting WIFI working. Furthermore, there was a lot of moisture in the room. Resolve these problems and you have a great place to stay in a very nice environment.'
