The room and transportation were both amazing. Very clean and the ride to/from the airport was short and simple.
On the other hand, the communication of staff is absolutely terrible. The first morning when we were still sleeping, at around 10AM, a housekeeping lady used the code to our room and opened it so loudly, not once, but twice. Thank goodness we used the deadbolt, but the second time, she peeked her eyeball in, saw that we were sleeping and she shut it so hard that we couldn't fall back asleep. No knock. No warning that she is housekeeping. Nothing. This was not even our checkout date, yet she still tried to open our rooms door.
So we then contacted the hotel, he apologized multiple times and said he would talk to his staff to figure out what happened. We asked him if he can make sure that it was staff and not a random guest since we were two girls travelling alone. We were extremely scared, but his response after 10 minutes.... said that he had talked to all the staff and it was indeed a mistake by the cleaner.
We thought everything would be okay after he reassured us that it wouldn't happen again, but at precisely 10:39AM (without a deadbolt) she fully opened the door without any knock or warning again the next day after we confirrmed so many times with the hotel that we were checking out at 11AM that day.
We're even more disappointed because when we told the hotel again, he left us on read. No accountability for his staff or our safety/privacy concerns.
