'Staff was very helpful and polite. We were in a two bedroom suite and the air conditioning didn't work in one bedroom and the living area and other bedroom were freezing. The staff found a fan for us to use in the one bedroom.'

'Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross'

'This is definitely a solid rental choice. Nothing fancy but completely adequate with a great location. Beds were comfortable. It is clear that it is run by a rental agency rather than a private owner as evidenced by some lacking personal touches such as hand soap and other toiletries, but for a last minute rental, I have no real complaints. I would stay here again if necessary.'
