The location, personally, couldn't have been better! I was at 3 minutes from the office, on top of that you are pretty much in the center of Le Marais, so you have everything at your disposal at a short walk for the apartment. 'Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

'When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. '

'We had an amazing stay at this lovely apartment in Le Marais. You have access to many metro lines, food, shopping, parcs and so much more. This location is perfect for someone visiting Paris for the first time or who would like to be in the trendy fashion district. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious.
