Floors in our room were sticky and the main entrance as well... The shower head leaked into the toilet are because it is loose. Used a facecloth hanging over the shower head to stop the spraying into the bathroom area. The room window, 1st floor, was about a half inch open . Someone could have broken into our room. We closed it but it could not be locked.

Convenient and close to the airport with a free shuttle. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Lots of planes taking off close by, so there was noise from that, but not as much as I expected. Sink was clogged and didnt drain.

Looks better on pictures then what it is in a reality . Big name Radisson was a hook for me , more looks like motel 6 somewhere next to highway I-5 in Oregon . Pool is marshy with rotten leafs and frogs in it .

The floors in the room had many sticky areas, obviously not well-cleaned. The desk was dirty and had white sugar or a salt-like substance all over the place! I had a strange noise in the ceiling of the room and I wanted to call the hotel staff. The phone in the room was dead! Imagine that you had an emergency and needed to use the phone in the hotel room; it was not working at all! When I eventually called the staff using my mobile phone to report the strange and loud noise in the ceiling, they were not helpful. It was obvious that the building and rooms were not well maintained. The wireless connection in the hotel was very unstable. I got kicked out of my Zoom meetings due to unstable connections. I called the front desk, and they asked me to re-enter the Wi-Fi password, which had nothing to do with the Wi-Fi connection issues!

The lady that checked me in was great. She was nice and welcoming.. my room was off the road so it was loud. My shoes stuck to the floor so not sure when the floor was last mopped.

Overall the stay was nice and quite. The breakfast was decent but I'm vegan so there wasn't a lot of options. They do have a on-site bar/ restaurant which is cool. The only thing that bothered me was the amount of dust on the vent in the bathroom, looks like its been there for years. And there was stains on the wall and ceiling but other than that the stay was pleasant.

The looks of this property were deceiving from exterior appearance. It didn’t look safe (kind of shady and hood) but once we got in the, experience was good. The staff was friendly, room was nice and clean, and the attached restaurant was great. Don’t judge a book by its cover.
