This Penthouse is a quiet, cozy and jazzy sanctuary in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlanta. It is designed comfortably for 2 people but can sleep 4. There is a king sized posturepedic bed in the master bedroom and a comfy queen size air mattress with headboard and built in pump that can be set up within minutes in the living room. There is even a twin size rollaway bed...just in case! The entire condo has only hardwood flooring and tile flooring. Very clean and spacious. As soon as you walk in this unit, you will know it is special. Even the priciest hotels don't have the magnificent views that this condo affords.

The apt. was clean with all the things you might need for a few days away. We had great views of the parade from this top (24th floor) corner flat. While we could hear the louder street noise from the bedroom, we turned on white noise, not even very loudly, and it drowned out the sounds. The bed was soft and we slept well. The location was fantastic. We were a 20 minute walk to the aquarium, the Coca-Cola museum and there are TONS of food options around. Having a parking space was a huge plus for this VRBO. As others had stated, the smell of weed proliferate through the building. There were times we wanted to sit on the balcony, but ended up going back inside because of the smell. But inside, it didn’t smell at all. The people in the building were always nice when we encountered them. There was security at the front - a lady who looked like she wouldn’t mess around. When we went out the side entrance one evening, we noted that there was security at that door as well. The parking space is in a fenced in area that’s publicly accessible, but my car was never messed with. If you need a downtown Atlanta stay, this is a great place. The host is extremely quick to respond. I definitely recommend!

Great views! A RARE, comfortable outdoor 24th floor deck with views of both sunset AND sunrise, plus a long look down the famous Peachtree Street, fully screened-in to keep out any bugs or blowing dust, was the highlight! Our host was communicative and helpful. She even got one of the building staff to help with a few things like replacing cracked ice cube trays (ice maker and filtered refrigerator water weren’t working), and fixing a fallen towel rack. Being just the second week in March it was very warm the first day, but the only AC, we learned, was leaving the patio door open, we couldn’t get the windows open, but the ceiling fans were a blessing. The next day, and the rest of the week was cold. The building decides when heat gets turned on. We found a tiny space heater in the closet which helped somewhat until that happened. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but groceries hard to come by without a car, the closest grocery being about a mile away. LOTS of restaurants nearby, a good one right outside, and the best ice cream EVER is just off the lobby. When we first entered the unit it didn’t look like it had been cleaned recently. We found a vaccum cleaner, which was full and the brush didn’t work till I untangled it. No other cleaning supplies till we walked to the grocery store & Ubered back with them and groceries. The bed & bedding were uncomfortable and very hard to make. And a coffee table would have been nice. Loved the mirrors! Vibrant city! Worth the

Definitely worth the stay. It is in a wonderful location as you are in walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. The apartment is very clean and has a nice view from the 24th floor. The property manager Desiree was fantastic and extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had during the visit. Would stay there again if ever in Atlanta.

Great Trip

Stayed in the Peachtree Towers. We have stayed before and you can tell that the building owners are performing upgrades to ensure the property is much improved. This unit was upgraded much better compared to other units we have stayed in for this location. The host was also awesome! we did not have many issues but when we did she was very quick to help resolve and engaging the concierge to quickly mediate. Parking included was also a great adder!

A bunch of plusses with a few minuses.

The real plusses of this condo are the fact that it's on the top floor so you don't hear your ceiling getting stomped on at all hours, the parking spot (because parking in Atlanta is expensive), and the great location. And Desiree is a fantastic host--friendly and very communicative. Check-in & out were a breeze. The location is phenomenal. It's four blocks to the World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, and the Aquarium. An easy walk. Additionally, it's close to the Marta subway and the really handy Marta Streetcar. Great coffee is super close at Cafe Fwi in the AmericasMart building, 2nd floor.The condo has just about everything you'd want. We found the roll-away twin bed great for my kid. However, there were a few minuses to mention. First, the condo really wasn't as clean as we thought it would be. Major things were clean: sinks, shower, toilet. But there were dirty smudges on the doors, the rug didn't look clean, and there was food spatter on the wall above the trash can. The cabinets and trim are a little worse for the wear, if you're the type who wants that freshly renovated look. I don't think it matters tho. Two of our three nights were too hot for us. There's no thermostat, so you're stuck with whatever AC the building pumps in, and it wasn't much at all. The ceiling fan thankfully helped. A window in the bedroom doesn't seal completely and whistles pretty consistently. Even considering these, we found it to be worth the price and we had a good stay.

Amazing view - walking distance from so much!

We had a great stay in Atlanta. The few from the apartment was great. Glad we had a designated parking spot. Walked to Falcons game, Coke Museum, Aquarium, Civil RIghts Museum etc. Highly recommend this apartment.
