You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? Very walkable with restaurants in every direction. It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks a couple blocks away.
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

The space
Set within the historic Peachtree Towers in Atlanta’s Hotel District, this entire condo is designed for both connection and privacy. With 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 baths, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The layout makes it easy to relax together in the living area or retreat for quiet rest, while central heating and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round.
Sleeping and comfort
Three beds provide flexible arrangements for groups, and essentials are included to make settling in easy. A ceiling fan adds to the comfort, while the building’s solid construction helps reduce outside noise for a more restful stay. For longer visits, a Paid washer – In unit and Dryer – In unit offer added convenience.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare meals at your own pace, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner after a full day. A dining table creates a natural place to gather, plan, or work remotely with Wifi available throughout the condo.

The building includes an elevator and offers a secure environment, with exterior security cameras on property located in common areas, elevators, and entry doors. From this central downtown setting, Atlanta’s key attractions are within walking distance. The Peachtree Center MARTA station is nearby, offering a direct connection to the airport. Restaurants, convenience stores, and major venues like Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Park, and the Georgia Aquarium are all easily accessible, making it simple to move between work, events, and sightseeing.

Peachtree Center Marta Station is 1 block away. Surface parking lot right next to the building. A parking deck a block away. Street parking is available but hard to find. NOTE: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.
Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.
HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
