They had me go to three different rooms all stank like cigarettes and weed. Sketchy area and the reception table has glass protecting the worker from customers. Very sketchy area. The host took 30 minutes to check me in. I got a full refund and left.

O hotel é bem longe do aeroporto e não possui shuttle (ônibus de apoio). Se não tiver carro alugado gastará de 30 a 60 dólares de UBER/ TÁXI. O hotel é isolado, não tem ATM, não tem restaurantes ao redor , somente um posto muito estranho, “esquisito” 5 minutos a pé… pela rodovia. Camas pequenas.

Stay away from this Hotel !
We reserved 2 night stay. Second day we left early in the morning and when returned back to the hotel late night there were no towels nor bedsheets and pillowcases, just bare mattress. When I contacted the hotel they refused provide anything until the manager comes in the morning.

I can truly say the other reviews giving this location 1 star isn’t at all what I found. The room was very clean, neat and everything worked. I was also able to check in a little earlier as it was already available, which I appreciated greatly. The parking is easy and it was quiet (outside of the normal hearing other doors close at times). If you’re a commercial truck driver & for whatever reason need to stay longer than 5 days this is NOT the place for us. They lie about being willing to make accommodations for us truck drivers especially if you’re Black.. Stayed 9 nights (originally booked 6 nights they called after receiving my RSVP from Expedia, complaining they not an extended stay I explained that I’m a truck driver & will be putting my truck in the shop they said they make exceptions for driver that changed after they saw I was black . I rebooked for an additional 5 nights bc truck still in the shop & they canceled my booking after 3 nights) bc my truck in the shop at Richard Kerns. Paid for every night thru Expedia, never caused any issues or problems, respectful anything I encountered staff.

The biggest problem was the men openly selling hard drugs right outside our door. They had a scale and their product in plain view and made a sale three feet away from my 11 year old daughter as we were trying to enter the room. The room next to ours was being occupied by a working woman (based on what I heard her saying) and men were coming and going all night. You can hear everything happening outside and next door. It was hard to get any sleep. There were men doing drugs in the parking lot. There is a small bar located in the building between the office and the rooms. It has the potential to be a dangerous place.
The pet relief area is small and not very accommodating for people who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
The floor was sticky, but the rest of the room was pretty clean. The man who checked us in was friendly and helpful.
