NEVER had a bad experience in fact it is consistently clean. Stayed in the king suite which was absolutely wonderful and spacious.Staff at the front desk are ALWAYS very professional and accommodating.Would not stay anywhere else.

Very short walk to beach. Beach towels available at front desk to sign out and return daily. Very pleasant staff. Eateries available within walking distance from 1/4 mile to 1.3 miles. Plenty of parking available on second level if first level of garage full. Shuttle available to nearby casinos & historic Smithville. With knowledgeable and pleasant drivers.

Great Time :)
We had such a great time! This was our 2nd trip at this property and we loved it! Great location very close to the beach, a place to eat, and some stores. More places to eat and stores are about a mile walk or you can drive everywhere. They have a shuttle but we didn’t use it. They have a gym and a small roof top pool. Everyone there is nice especially the front desk staff Sayed and Mona. Thanks for a great stay.

They don’t clean your room unless you stay there a minimum of 5 nights which is not reasonable considering the sand you bring in from the beach. Also, the key technology they use to enter the rooms is antiquated and can take up to 10 swipes To enter your room if you can get in at all. Place need to be updated.

Not dirty but not pristinely clean either. Lots of amenities including chairs, umbrellas, towels and pool. Furnishings, carpeting and bathrooms could use a little upgrade. A hairdryer was not working, so the front desk brought us up a new one as well as extra blanket and pillow in a timely and polite fashion. The landscaping is lacking - a simple fix (weeding for a couple of hours one morning) could help give this property the boost it deserves. Overall an amazing stay and we look forward to visiting again!

The staff at this resort are well known to me. Mona, Ernie and Lori are top notch. They are customer friendly and go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. The location is excellent … close to the beach as well as the many eateries. I had grandchildren with so the arcade was important The condition of the guest rooms are very outdated. There has been some renovation at the front desk/ reception however the guests rooms need new carpet/ curtains I have been coming to this hotel for 15 years with no change in carpets/ curtains. Can you imagine what must live in them. Even the lonely artificial arrangement on the dining table is unchanged in 15 years. I believe the other 2 hotels in this trio of hotels has earned a renovation. It’s way past time for the Lasamana

My initial contact was with Lorrie which wasn’t the most pleasant. She says “No we can’t” before you can finish asking the question. Every other staff member was pleasant, polite and kind. This location is very convenient if you enjoy the beach. The roof top pool is small but clean and a nice place to relax when there aren’t children splashing water on you. I like that there is a time allotted for adults. The decode could be a bit brighter in the hallways. The 1 bedroom was musty smelling and damp feeling. We extended our stay in a studio which was much more comfortable. It felt dry and didn’t have a musty moldy odor. Mona and Ashley were gems and I would return to see them and stay in one of your clean odor free rooms.

We loved our stay, brought out 6 month old with us and had no issue being comfortable in our suite. The rooftop pool could be bigger, but nice touch overall. Loved the close location (3 minute walk) to the beach.

They need to have the staff SMILE more, especially at the front desk. Also, when asked about beach tags, I was told it's not necessary for seniors. However,the beach tags person, said NO,you have to get a Senior Beach tag at the municipal building. Finally,my wife asked a housekeeping mgr,if we could see a different room for future visits, and was told No,(not to ask anyone else) BAD Business !!!
