"Hotel ziet erg verzorgd úit. Medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Het inchecken gaat snel en verloopt probleemloos. Het hotel heeft iedere ochtend een goed verzorgd ontbijt, met brood, bagels, smeerkaas, jam, pindakaas, vruchten yogurt, België s waffels, omelet, bacon, worstjes/vlees patty, diverse serlials, vers fruit, diverse vruchtendrank en, chocomel, koffie en thee. Ook heeft het gratis snel internet. Een grote tv met vele zenders."

"The hotel had various subway stations at walking distance max 5 min walk. The rooms are not small and quite big for New York standards. The hotel itself is a little outdated but is is very comfortable. It has a large fitness room and self service kiosk and small restaurant. A very good place to stay to explore New York by subway. Rooms are cleaned every day and AC was working fine."
