'Just had issues with room the entire stay. Tv in the bedroom didn't work. Wasn't fixed till the last day of our stay. Bathroom fan wasn't fixed. The door to the room had to be fixed.The staff was nice. The bar area and lobby was nice.
I felt like we got a bad room because we booked with Expedia vs Hilton directly.
Overall the Hotel manager there was nice and did the best he could for our troubles. Customer service was great.
The rooms just need some more tender care.'

'Be aware that even if you have a booking confirmation, you are not guaranteed a room. I booked this hotel because I had missed my connecting flight due to weather related delays.
When I got there there was a line of peo0le waiting for checking an at the end I was with out a room at 1 am.'

'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '
