'Excellent location right on waterfront and next to concert venue. Expected city noise, didn’t expect overnight construction activity. Very difficult for parking, festival and concert, limited options. Reservation was booked for 2 Queen beds and when we checked in, the front desk said because it was booked through third party, they were at liberty to change the room to a king room and they were sold out! Okay… we took that option but certainly wouldn’t have booked the property if that had been...

'Always best value vis-a-vis location in Annapolis, by far. My only gripe is their parking area can be very tight…it’s often a tightrope walk to get into one of the spots under cover without hitting another car or a pole. And the uncovered lot is often full if you arrive later in the evening'

'There was some sketchy people hanging around the parking lot when I arrived in the afternoon but that doesn't really have anything to do with the hotel. Just...interesting. Anyway, the room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Tons of eating options nearby. The mall is right around the corner. 10min drive to downtown Annapolis. Friendly staff. Would stay again!'
