As you pass through the gates and wind along the ½ mile paved driveway you arrive at a beautiful timber framed estate. When you walk through the 10 foot front door into the great room you will appreciate the craftsmanship of the beam work extending 25 feet above you, You will feel, this is a special place.
The main gathering area “Great Room” has a large stone fireplace with beautiful wraparound leather couches, that seat 20 to 25 people. It’s perfect for large family gatherings. Both the great room and dining area have glass sliding walls that open up the backyard and beckon you to enjoy a beautiful Roman style massive pool.
The large kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining guests. With 2 ovens, a large gas stove and a massive island, food preparation feels fun. The dining room table seats 12 people comfortably. Additional seating is available.
All 4 bedrooms boasts king size beds with 3 having full bathroom on suite. The fourth bedroom shares a bathroom. The loft is super popular with the children and sleeps 6 to 7 youth.
The ranch has trails that will connect you to interesting rock formations and seasonal ponds. Explore the quiet trails on foot or by horse. If you love double digging, there are off road and dirt bike tracks. For the young at heart we have a 800 foot zip line that will take you from the top of the property down across the pond.
After a busy day you can cool off in the pool while the children play on the slide and the diving board. You may decide to skip the big meal prep and have an outside barbeque, pool side. In the evening enjoy soaking in a relaxing hot tub while watch the stars.
For the Lake Lovers, Shaver Lake is a pristine lake on 30 minutes for the ranch, If you want to do some boating, We have both a 25 ft new pontoon boat and a Mastercraft ski boat that are available for rent.
