'This is a country home, pure and simple- it’s an hour away from groceries and there’s stuff in the yard. But that’s the magic of this place…quiet, surrounded by nature (including Forest Service- and National parkland, bright stars, and a great place to throw a log in the stove and hang. The kitchen is well equipped (induction stove if you’re bringing an extra large pot for example), and the host was responsive and friendly. We’d definitely stay there again.'

'Very cute cabin located close to the national parks. Looks to be recently renovated and nicely decorated and is a nice place to stay. Very clean place and super comfortable king size bed and a spacious bathroom and shower.Some friendly suggestions…There is no oven but in the photos for the listing there appears to be a convection oven on the counter but it has been replaced with a microwave. It would be nice to have both as some things can’t be done with a microwave like baking our breakfast...

'Our family had a wonderful last minute stay at this cozy family home! The pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s beautiful and so conveniently located 25 min away from Yosemite’s entrance! On top of that, the host was incredibly accommodating, kind, and responsive! We would highly recommend this home! '

'The host was very wonderful and welcoming! They made this so easy. The place was comfortable, clean, and we absolutely loved the stargazing! The stars were amazing. We were able to use the grill, use the table top fire pit for snores, and bring the pups for a fun trip. We had one small hiccup in our trip which was minor and the host fixed it right away. 'This home is very comfortable and very roomy. It is very well-equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The owner was in frequent contact to be certain that everything was going well. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a short distance. Driving to and from Yosemite was easy. I recommend it highly.'

'The location was nice and peaceful with many jack rabbits on it. The house sits on a large property so it's mostly very quiet. It's only 7 minutes drive to the supermarkets and gas stations. While the beds were queen size, they were very comfortable.'
