My first impressions when you walk up the outside steps was this is a place in need of serious repairs. 'High Point Guesthouse was a lovely place to stay! It was as pictured in the app. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen/grill were well equipped for cooking. Each room had its own thermostat which we loved. The deck is very nice with a great view and we also enjoyed the fire pit on the lower deck. '
