Owasco Lake House w/ 120ft private water front!

A spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 10, full basement with sleeping facilities and game room equipment, hardwood floors, air conditioning with covered front and back porch BBQ, spectrum cable TV, Internet, 120 ft of lake access with dock and some patio furniture provided. Located in the Finger Lakes wine country and only 5 miles from Auburn, NY for shopping and entertainment. Public boat launch 10 min away. Come visit in the Fall for some leaf "peeping" and don't forget to sample some of New York's finest wines. Peak season is summer where you have access to the lake and an abundance of summer water activities.

Gorgeous lake view

We were staying for SU graduation. The location was perfect. It was near enough to everything you could need but relaxing. The location to the lake and the beautiful views made for a memorable stay!

Owasco Lake House

House was all it was advertised to be! Very nice in a great location, close to Auburn. Very comfortable and a very pleasant environment for a weeks vacation. Highly recommended!

Fall Getaway with friends

Nice home with great amenities... fully stocked, comfortable beds, plenty of room, warm. Pretty lake to view, wineries, historical outings, restaurants in Skaneateles not far- another pretty lake. Also hiked in Fillmore SP with beautiful waterfalls. Great time!

Great Property

My family and I had a great time here. The lake access was great and offered nice water access for everyone, especially our little kids. The rooms were clean and spacious and easily slept our large group. The foosball table was probably the highlight for the adults. The kitchen and amenities were also really nice. We will definitely be coming back here.

Excellent place

The place was set up perfect, was impeccably clean and had many great spaces for a friends get away. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great for socializing and the basement added a fun element. Location to vineyards and restaurants was good as well. One suggestion would be to have more pillows available

Spring Weekend by the Lake

We had a great stay at this beautiful house by the lake. It was our home base for a weekend family event nearby. While it was a little too cold to get out on the water, the views of the lake were fantastic. We enjoyed sitting by the lake and drinking coffee each morning. The house was well stocked with everything one might need to enjoy your stay both inside and out.

Weekend Getaway

Property was great. Our stay had 2 small families, with children of 2.5, 4.5 & 6 yrs old. The basement was an excellent area for the kids. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The location was great with lots to do within a pretty short drive (dinner in Auburn, day and lunch in Skaneateles, hiking in Fillmore Glen Park, and more we didn’t get to with in it a short trip) Lakefront was nice for the view, still too cold for us to do anything on the water though. All in all a great stay.

Catching up with family and friends

I moved out of the area in 2019 and was returning for a visit. My college-age sons 22 and 23 joined me and we had friends and family visit over the weekend. It was fun to catch up. Plenty of space for guests and comfy beds. Host had plenty of pots, pans, etc. The foosball table was hit as were the kayaks.

Family vaca

Property is nice for location, lakefront is great, well stocked house for family vacation. Pump went out for well water on property day 3, was running again within 3hrs, host very accomodating. Pump went out again last day of stay and tried contacting host. Ended up leaving with no response from owner and no running water to clean dishes, laundry or anything else. Overall an ok trip, but the last day really soured us with no response and leaving on be ghosted.

Perfect home away from home

Exceptionally clean, spacious, PLENTY of towels, extra linens, pillows, etc. Comfy beds. Lake view from the front porch rocking chairs was gorgeous. We did venture across the street & take a swim. Kayaks, chairs etc were available in a shed by the lake. We got a lot of use out of the back patio area playing card games. We were in town for a wedding & were pleasantly surprised to find that the wedding venue was within walking distance of the house! Great communication with hosts. They were super nice & very accommodating when we needed to change our reservation by 2 days. If we’re ever back up in this area, 100% i would stay here again.

Beautiful lake property

This property is truly a gem. Our family stayed here when the plans for our first rental fell through, and we could not have been happier. The house is comfortable and new, with everything you need in every room. The kitchen has all new appliances and we really enjoyed sitting at the dining table playing board games and enjoying the beautiful lake view. The living room is spacious with lots of seating and all the beds were super comfortable. The kids really enjoyed hanging out in the game room downstairs and having a space of their own. The backyard has a large table overlooking a peaceful yard with grapevines in the distance. It was a great place to grill and serve food and relax. Just a short walk across the street and there is a sturdy stairway leading to a large lakefront property with a new dock. This place has everything you need to enjoy time at the lake and we hope to be back again sometime!
