'Lovely historically appointed home. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Sauna was a treat. Not much accommodation for hanging clothes. Porch stair boards were loose. There was some confusion regarding parking and it would be helpful to know ahead of time it is located on Trinity Lane. Host was wonderful and would recommend to friends and family'

'Basically as advertised, but the property needs maintenance. Stairs to the front door are broken and dangerous. The grill is a joke and totally unusable. We spent the first hours killing ants and roaches. Layout and location are good, but needs attention and cleaning.'

'House was clean, host was great and communicates promptly. The area is central to lots of activities, however it should be noted this house is right on the busiest road in town. I was traveling with a boat and trailer, it was extremely dangerous/impossible to back in other than in the middle of the night. Host was accommodating providing off site place to park the boat to avoid this. 3’ fence in the backyard is great for keeping smaller dogs in.'

'This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59...

'Clean, comfortable and updated home in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Lots of thoughtful touches in every room. Cheaper and nicer than staying in a hotel for what was provided. Excellent communication with the property owner. Look forward to staying here again the next time we visit our daughter in college.'
