During Your Stay:

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.

Worst bach

The luxury house alone was beautiful but the communication with the property manager was very very unprofessional, we are Pacific Islanders and while we were telling him things that were wrong with the bach he was being so arrogant & avoiding any conversation. Also we had a big incident where the fire guard was placed leaning on a vase and my 9month old barely touched the vase it fell and the vase shattered on my baby causing her to have cuts on her arm. Also the gas was out and we only just there & they expected us to know how to change the gas when we had no experience whatsoever of the house. No spare towels no spare blankets, bad wifi connection & also there was a wire floating in the pool & we told the property manager that it was dangerous because we had kids with us swimming they could have tugged on the wire not knowing what it was and the property manager said “it’s not a hazard” I have footage of how unprofessional the property manager was towards us as we were complaining about how much money we spent to having a experience that wasn’t what we were seeing online. Everything that we saw in the pictures were definitely not the same in person. Very very poor service.

Friends Trip

Beautiful house and location, luxury accommodation, however we felt that some of the internal finishings were not luxury. Couches were very old and marked, furniture was sparse. A badly broken plug fitting beside the couch looked quite dangerous. We didn't have any instructions on how things worked, what remote is used for which piece of equipment. Couldn't make the louvers work even after buying and changing the battery, outdoor heater didn't work. The home theatre had no instructions and the cupboard that had 8 remotes with equipment was full of mouse droppings. We also had a mouse visit a couple of times, I do appreciate this is a rural location, but these things should be checked. I called your contact centre on Thursday arrival as we couldn't figure out the heating and the house was very cold, I didn't receive a call back. We eventually got it working. I notice I have an email on my return. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. In review we paid a luxury price and unfortunately the experience didn't deliver.
