Hi Ashok, we feel sorry to learn about your negative experiences with us. However, it is very difficult for us to understand what you meant by "not honest about the parking", did we hide anything from you or did we not tell you anything about the carpark? If you would let us know some detailed information that would be really appreciated. We only provide simple service on a daily basis, the full service happens every 3 days, since we are not a five-star hotel no full service is provided every day. Cheers,

Our top floor apartments are popular for its unique sky tower view, the city view and the harbour bridge view from a distance.We have been updating all apartments it just takes time to complete the project. However, there are some major parts have been updated so far including a large TV set in the lounge, the outdoor furniture and a few of in room furniture. We thank you for your stay, we thank you for letting us know about how you feel and we feel sorry again for the things didn't meet your expectations.

Hi Nidia, thank you for your comment, please allow me to go through your entire stay here for your reference.Everyday, we keep record and photo while our housekeeping team doing their service in the afternoon, and here is your records.22nd check-in23rd DND24th simple service25th DND26th Sunday, no service 27th DND28th simple serviceIf you need us to do a full service, you will need to inform the reception or at least let the team know while they are doing the service.3 days out of 6 your room was DND, we will not disturb you only when you ask for a full service.It is not we don't have enough housekeepers, we are all here to provide services to our guests, only, if they allow us to open the door instead of showing us DND, cheers.
