'Visiting family for Easter with 8 of us. House was spacious and well equipped. Needed for nothing and good supermarkets nearby. Nice quiet estate. Communication was perfect. Only fault I would give was front driveway could do with a pressure wash.Thanks for the stay, we would definitely book again. '

'The most beautiful surroundings and views from here and the property was well laid out, comfortable and worked really well for our group of 6. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great and the wood burning stove was a lovely touch on chllly evenings. Communication was great and it was a great stay. I would highly recommend this place.'

'This is a quiet group of cottages set around an old house near the village of Donard. It is of a very high standard with modern facilities and plenty of space; the owner is charming and informative. Very easy to get to Dublin: 40 mins to the Luas stop. Rewarding visits within an hour: Glendalough, Russborough, Wicklow Mountains etc. Donard has two lively bars and a shop; Blessington has a lot of shops. Roads are excellent - though very few cars - and it's 1:45 easy driving from Rosslare....

'I can't say enough good things about this house and about the owner. **10 out of 5 stars!**It's out in the countryside with the most BEAUTIFUL views you can imagine. But it's less than 10 minutes to a little town with a big grocery store. Perfect setting for letting go of stress and finding some peace.The house is extremely SPACIOUS. The kitchen is huge. The bedrooms are all big: plenty of room for a king size beds (or two singles) without feeling squeezed in. Our cats felt safe and comfortable...

'A comfortable property with some nice touches from the host - like a stock of games and tennis rackets and balls so that we could make use of the tennis courts on the site. Lovely, lifeguarded sandy beach ten minutes walk away and a short drive (15 min) to both Arklow and Wicklow. Lots of great attractions within 30-40 min drive too.'

'Stayed with the family with kids. House is very nice with everything you need. Mostly we were traveling around the Wicklow county, but the times we stayed home we enjoyed it. There are a lot to see within 30 min drive, so it was easy to plan a day. In winter some places were closed, so call ahead of a time to confirm they're open.'

"Het hotel blijft bestaan doordat het ideaal op een ideale locatie staat. Er zijn een paar goede medewerkers. Het personeel dat de kamers moet doen heeft geen flauw idee wat ze moeten doen en we moesten vaker om schone handdoeken vragen dan ons lief was. Het ontbijt is erg karig en voor bijv. een plakje kaas moet je vragen. Het dineer menu is beperkt en als je meer dan 4 dagen in dit hotel blijft is de keuze op. Al met al wij zullen er nooit meer naar toe gaan."
