'A very old, but complete house at walking distance from the centre of Dublin. We had a warm welcome from the owner. The beds where very good. Everything was fine and oké. We enjoyed it and can recommend it to other visitors of Dublin.'

'The home is a beautiful 1821 home. The pictures on VRBO don’t show how large it is. It’s two floors with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Some are en suite. The grounds are large and very private with an ancient Cedar tree. The kitchen is modern with period accents. The separate drawing room and dining rooms are spacious and comfortable.'

'We had a little trouble finding it when we tried to use just the GOS. Once I reread the directions we were able to find it right away.The house is well supplied with what you need and the town looked delightful. Unfortunately we weren’t able to spend much time there. '

'This was my family's second time staying at this home and once again our stay was amazing. Martina and Claire are fabulous to work with and very responsive to messages and texts. The home itself has everything- it is spacious, multiple bathrooms and a large kitchen to enjoy! The location is spectacular!! My family loved the ability to walk down to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, ice cream and all the pubs! I have already raved about this home to my friends and cannot wait for our next...

'De locatie en het huis geweldig! Een plek om tot rust te komen... Communicatie verliep prima. Wij vinden echter wel dat de schoonmaak wat beter zou kunnen, zo ook de inventaris van de keuken. Ook verschillende lampen waren defect. Verder hebben we echt genoten van het fijne huis en de rust. Ook de bezoekjes van de honden vonden we erg gezellig, wat een lieverds! We zouden deze plek zeer aanraden en hopen nog eens terug te komen in The Nook!'

'Wat een ongelofelijke lieve en enthousiaste en attente gastvrouw hadden we bij deze locatie.Wij als gezin van 6 hadden meer dan genoeg ruimte.Je kan bij deze locatie met de eigenaar een boottocht doen. Dat is zeker een aanrader.Als extraatje werden we verrast met een ontbijtje voor de volgende morgen.Wij hebben genoten.Het enige minpuntje wat wij kunnen bedenken is dat er geen lekkere ligbank was.Want de tv was up to date en we konden heerlijk films streamen.'

'This was the ideal location for our trip along the Wild Atlantic Way. While it was farther out of Doolin than expected, we came to appreciate the distance from the commotion in town. We would return in a heartbeat. '

'The location of the house cannot be beat as it is just a few minutes walk to the town. All 5 bedrooms are en-suite with 2 more bathrooms as well. The clothes washing machine/dryer combination unit, while not the same as a typical US setup, proved adequate. Due to the length of our stay (16 days) the owner arranged for a housekeeper visit and the place looked like new again afterwards.There is a bit of street noise, however for us that was easily overlooked in favor of the homes...
