'This is my first one-star review and it is very valid. I have stayed many times at this property and understand its location and proximity to the hospital. I have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are your biggest issue. The are lazy and often distracted and the desk is often empty. On my check in day, I called ten times and no answer, I then had Expedia call the property and no answer. I sent an email and no reply. There is no way a guest can check in...

'前台服務員非常友善，因為我們需要2張單人床，前台服務員特地為我們清潔了一個有2床的房間，靈活的幫我們作出了調動，非常讚! 而且這個酒店設有停車位，離市中心亦不遠。唯一要改善的是空調機在運作時有些吵，建議檢查維修。'

'Room was great. Staff were so helpful and kind. Car parking was a bonus. Thank you!'

'Prachtig gerenoveerde kamer met fijn bed en prima badkamer. Van buiten zou je dat niet zeggen. Gratis afgesloten parkeerplaats. In 10 minuten ben je met tram 59 in het centrum. Die tram stopt voor de deur. 1 nadeel; de WiFi werkt niet op de kamer, slechts buiten voor de deur vd receptie'

'Good place to stay. But bear in mind: they are building across the street atm. Check in took too much time. We had to wait 45min. Apartment is very good! Parking is perfect for 10,- but you need to park at the street before checking in. And there’s lack of space, especially if you had to wait 45min to check in. Other than that a very good night and we’ll equipped kitchen. '

'So close to Footscray market also close to restaurants'

'Room was above a garage door, very noisy. Tv said premium satellite channels had nothing but free to air'

'Exceptional hotel, enjoyed my stay immensely. Will stay there again and again and again!'

'A fairly new hotel, everything was in good condition. Great breakfast, friendly staff, very close to Melbourne University Dental School…'

'Perfect location. Trams are just a short walk and Restaurants, Cafes and groceries near by.'

'Very nice appartment hotel in CBD Melbourne, great pool, sauna & gym facilities. One of the best places I ever stayed for the money!'

'Great place to stay. Good location. easy parking.'

'Convenient, accessible and friendly receptionist. The room was clea, organised and complete toiletries. I truly recommend Quest Maribyrnong.'

'Easy to checkin and checkout, parking at the apartment is very convenient. Room view is nice, location is great, it’s close to tram stops, walking distance to few eateries nearby.'
