  • Bekijk de nieuwe Villa 17-80 en geniet van het panoramische uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit deze spectaculaire hoekvilla, die zowel ruim als comfortabel is. Begin 2014 kreeg het een complete make-over, inclusief een volledig vernieuwde keuken, nieuwe houten vloeren in de woonkamer en slaapkamers en alle nieuwe raambekleding. In 2016 zijn elektrische haarden geïnstalleerd in de woonkamer en slaapkamer, inclusief een nieuw 60-inch flatscreen in de woonkamer en 40 inch in de slaapkamer, professioneel gemonteerd boven de open haarden. Franse deuren openen naar het balkon vanuit de slaapkamer suite en de woonkamer. U vindt een comfortabele kingsize slaapbank in de woonkamer, met de 60-inch flatscreen-tv met een Blu-Ray dvd-speler. Slechts 27 stappen naar de weg en in totaal 1190 SF.

    De huur van een vakantiehuis in Hamilton Cove omvat het gebruik van de voorzieningen van de gemeenschap (zwembad, spa, health club, puttingcursus, tennisbanen, croquetveld, volleybalveld en strandgedeelte). Sommige beperkingen kunnen van toepassing zijn. Bewoners onderworpen aan de regels en voorschriften van de Hamilton Cove Houseowners Association.

The interior of this condo is absolutely beautiful, reflecting the pride of ownership. Interior accommodations were excellent and the view was amazing.

You could not ask for a more beautiful place to stay while you’re on Catalina Island. The unit was beautiful. The view was absolutely amazing. The amenities, the little private beach with picnic tables and grills, pool, fitness room, it has everything you need. And to top it off the golf cart that took us into town for every event we signed up for made it so easy and fun. We will definitely try and get back there and this would be the place we would stay again. We loved it, thank you so much.

This home was lovely and absolutely perfect for a family trip. The views were beautiful and inspiring and having a golf cart for the entire stay was ideal. Would definitely stay here again!

We were eloping on Catalina Island, just the 2 of us + 2 teenagers. We wanted a place to accommodate the four of us with space, the accessibility of a golf cart was critical for rental, but the main factor of choosing this unit was the location and design. I wanted a corner unit with balcony to see the gorgeous views. I also wanted a unit that felt upscale and comfortable. We are pleased with the place and asked the right questions upon booking, so we were prepared for our trip. Thank you to the Owners who made upgrades to their unit. The richness of the hardwood floors and the fireplace in the main bedroom was appreciated by me! I slept well, so the upgraded mattresses are a winner too. I would love to rent this unit again and spend more time on the island. I wish I had more nights to gaze out on the balcony. I'm very happy the golf cart is included with the rental as it provided much needed transportation! My only comment is that the power on the cart can make it feel as if the cart won't make it up the hills (but it does), and the golf cart is fairly loud that you can't have much conversation along with an intense gas smell; but I'm very happy we had access to the cart.

Beautiful property

Enjoyed our getaway and enjoy this home as the owner gave great locations to visit and places to eat. The cozy home was just perfect and had everything and more. If we get a chance to stay her again we look forward to it!

Beautiful Oceanview Property

This property is beautifully located across the cove, so you can see the ocean and property views. It was just enough space for our family of 6. We love having the golf cart included in the rental which makes it very convenient to get around town.

The condo was really nice and the view is spectacular. The fact that they provide a golf cart was very beneficial in that it's the only way to get into Avalon without a taxi.

Perfect place to stay with family!

This was the perfect condo for our family. More than enough room, clean, well stocked. Loved that it included the golf cart to get around town. The views from all rooms were stunning. We will definitely book a stay here again.

Relaxing Villa

The unit at Hamilton Cove was great. It was clean, quiet and well-kept. There were a lot of amenities on the property and the views are amazing. It was also great to have access to the golf cart to run around town.

Views and a fun time

Perfect get away for families w teenage kids that enjoy snorkeling and fishing! The hot tub was a nice treat after a day in the ocean. Bring regular coffee to brew is one reminder.

A beautiful location

This location has gorgeous views! It was a comfortable stay, with all of the amenities we needed. The golf cart was a big plus! The fitted sheet wasn’t the correct size for the pull out sofa & a few towels needed updating, but that’s all about what was wrong. Everything else was satisfactory!

A bunch of stuff listed as amenities was not available, told I needed to bring my own croquet, tennis and mini golf equipment AFTER I arrived. Who travels with Croquet stuff? Don't list it if not available! ALSO we did not have working wifi. Could not watch TV or get on internet and I have 3 teens. Lastly the golf cart was bootleg and smelled really bad of gas. My kids got sick riding in it. We liked the view and location but don't promise stuff you don't have and maybe a refund for no internet? Especially since they threatened to fine us for every thing we did including stepping of balcony after 9pm.

The condo was clean and stocked with everything you’d expect. The view from the patio was incredible and the golf cart made it super easy to get into town. My only recommendation is bring a sleep mask since the shades are very thin letting a lot of light in

A Beautiful and Quiet Location

Our family of 5 spent two days here. The location is beautiful and the condo is splendid comfortable with a great view. The important thing is that you must use a golf cart to go about. It is quite away from the down town. The good thing is this condo comes with a golf cart.

Outstanding!

Beautiful unit with an outstanding location. Everything was just as described. Very clean and we had everything we needed! Loved the golf cart was perfect for the 5 of us! We would definitely be back! We didn't love the microfiber sheets in the primary suite, but that is just personal preference. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Very beautiful and clean property. Views are amazing. Golf cart is very convenient for getting back and forth to Avalon. Pool and tennis courts were great.My biggest issue is the confusion and disconnect between VRBO and Catalina Island Vacations (who apparently manages the property). I was supposed to sign a (lengthy) contract prior to our arrival but the emails were sent to my spam folder and not from VRBO. I eventually received a phone call and a voicemail stating they required the signed contract at least a day before arrival, and that several attempts to email me and text me were left unanswered. I had received no text messages, but checked my spam folder and signed the contract initialing the multitude of property rules. They then said they'd send me check-in instructions via text which never came. Some instructions came via the VRBO chat, but they were insufficient and confusing with what was stated in the VRBO description. The directions to the property on VRBO are flat-out incorrect and need to be corrected ASAP. It indicated a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal, which actually takes you to the Catalina Island Vacations office (maybe? I didn't actually see an office). Probably would've known this if got the text. The office closes at 5pm and doesn't answer calls except for emergencies (and if it's not an emergency, you risk a 100 fine for calling after hours). A cab driver eventually told us you need to take a 30 cab to the property (not walkable at all).

Hamilton Cove Luxury

This Hamilton Cove property was beautiful! It was remodeled and felt like a brand new property from top to bottom. The views from the balcony were stunning. It was just up the hill from the heated pool/spa and just across the street from the 18 hole mini golf course. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 infant and there was plenty of room for everyone. The fold out couch in the living room was very comfortable and gave our group 3 great sleeping options. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you will need for meal preps. The included gold cart was a must for Hamilton Cove as you are a 5-7 minute drive from downtown Avalon. The cart gave our group the ability to explore the island whenever we chose to. Hamilton Cove is beautifully maintained and you feel like you have been transported to the Italian Coast when you stand on your balcony overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The sunrise was amazing! The check in process was easy and seamless. When you exit the ferry cabs will be arriving to take you the quick trip up the hill to Hamilton Cove. Just gave our name at the front gate and were driven right to the door of our condo. We enjoyed everything about Catalina, especially our stay at Hamilton Cove.
