One of the best attributes of this condo is its location. It is off the beaten path of Avalon and is more relaxed and definitely more quiet than being in town. At night, you can sleep with the windows open and not be disturbed. And the fact that the condo comes with its own golf cart is a huge bonus. This allowed us to go places and do things that we would not have otherwise done or found without a tremendous amount of walking or additional expense. The condo itself is more than adequate, but don't expect to be surrounded by luxury. Everything was clean and comfortable but there are additions and updates that could make the unit more enjoyable. There is a serious lack of furniture designed to help with placing more than one suitcase off of the floor or dressers to place clothing into drawers in the main bedroom located downstairs. The second bedroom on the main condo floor is obviously a converted office as there is an empty bookshelf surrounding the bed, which is the only furniture in the room. All of the original wood features of the condo could use some serious refreshing. It would also be nice if there were some games or books for guests to enjoy if staying inside. Both bathrooms are nicely redone. It was interesting that the shower curtain in both bathrooms were not long enough and allowed for water to splash onto the floor. The unit is conveniently located near the pool and hot tub and there was an excellent, unobstructed view of the water. I would stay here again.
