'Excellent staff very accommodating and helpful'

'Good'

'Not up to standard for the price. No staff, except one person who grudgingly brought toilet paper awhile after I texted since there was none in the room. He didn’t say hello or anything pleasant, just provided one roll and said there was already some in the cupboard. Obviously I had already checked that before texting and there was not. I said nothing but was very put off and this set a negative, unwelcoming tone for our stay. Some of the dishes were visibly dirty, so we had to wash...

'We vonden ontvangst beetje koeltjes, wat later wel iets beter werd. We kregen een kamer op de 4e etage, een suite, dat woord vonden we iets overdreven, de lift ging tot de 3e! 'Excellent get away for late in the season'

'Better tv stations would be nicer.'

'Love this hotel! So nice to see something unique! And the people in NFLD are all just so amazing. Would definitely stay here again.'

'This is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel and small enough to feel cozy and private. The room was impeccable clean and beautifully decorated. Our room has a direct view to the Cathedral (pretty impressive). The only minor inconvenience was that shampoo and lotion weren't provided in the room (however, this wasn't a problem as we had some with us). Check-in and check-out was very straightforward. The hotel is located right in front of the Grace Harbour courthouse which is now a restaurant.'

'Clean room'

'Vriendelijk personeel, mooie ruime en schone kamer. Zeker een aanrader.'

'Vriendelijke behandeling, goede kamers, schoon en vlakbij het vliegveld.'
