'Spacious room and very comfortable. While outdated, it was also somewhat rustic and quaint in its own way. The rates were excellent for this time of year. Everything was safe and secure for parking, but we did not eat there. It was an hour's drive back to St. John's for a medical appointment, so a little further than we had hoped for. Still, we found it relaxing and quiet in a beautiful and peaceful setting. '

'We had a beautiful ocean view in the Kenneth Room. Todd was a wonderful host, and served a delicious breakfast. Dildo Brewery was just steps from The George House, a perfect spot for dinner and right on the ocean.'

'I had a pleasant stay here. As a solo female traveler i felt safe and comfortable. The place is old and hasnt been updated but they've done a good job with maintaining the cleanliness. Staff was pleasant. There was a mini fridge, air dryer and microwave which was helpful. It was also really quiet unlike a lot of other placea I have stayed. I would stay here again.'

'We didn't have anything included in our stay except a one-time 15 dollar credit for the attached restaurants, Denny's and Moxies. We were there 5 nights, so that seems a bit cheap. There was no breakfast or airport shuttle included. We had to cab it both ways, about another 120 dollars. We ended up walking to the nearest grocery store and buying our breakfast foods. Denny's and Moxies were both pricey. I was sure they had a shuttle, but apparently I was mistaken. The room size was adequate,...

'Room is not nice I was fooled by the photos. Our room looked nothing like our tiny room. Park way at the back. Stairs were wet and I ended up falling. Stairs to upstairs long and narrow. Worse was the evening staff. She did not care that I fell. Did not care I lost my license and refused to accept my husband’s. Morning was better, breakfast was good and the staff was much nicer. I won’t book here again.'
