'What a wonderful and unique stay for our family road trip! After many hotel rooms, our cabin at Avila was a fun stay. This is mostly an RV park, but it's quiet and friendly with several cabins to rent.
We were a bit confused, thinking we had booked the Hot Springs cabins. But there is a great pool, trails, and other fun activities.'

'This was my first stay but definitely not my last stay the front desk Ladies are very personable and nice the complementary peach cobbler and ice cream was a fantastic touch and don’t forget the complementary breakfast in the morning. The croissants were perfect. Along with the amazing view I absolutely love this place. It is definitely one of my favorites now!!'

What we didn't like was the noice. Loud neighbours, which you here very well through the walls and ceiling, plus if you facing the entertainment place for kids, you have noice from that untill late at night.'

'This is a beautiful little boutique hotel, close enough to downtown SLO. Loved everything.
Only one small fault: breakfast was included and super yummy, expect for the coffee: bitter and too acidic. My suggestion: upgrade to Bulletproof Coffee! Thank you!'

'This stay was such a fine. Go!! It was precious. The decor was so sweet. All newly renovated. Clean. Lots of places to sit and have a drink or work or eat breakfast. Breakfast……it was delicious! You order from a menu and it’s included in the price of your room. Delicious coffee. I can’t say enough about this place! The stuff was top shelf!!!'

'The manager was very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to any question we had. It was a 5 min walk to all shops and restaurants and the beach. The room was amazing!! Great value! The kitchen was fully stocked with everyone you need to cook.... even spices, olive oil .... all you need is food. They had a nespresso machine in the room.... not my favorite, but still a great option. Love the ambiance of the hotel. Great for families and couples! I also highly recommend Beachin Biscuits...

'The property is actually a bit far from the downtown Pismo Beach and at the edge of the hotels it is neighboring with. So you don't get to experience the actual feeling of Pismo Beach ambiance.
But, the good thing about this is actually avoiding the crowd of Pismo Beach which was the side of this place that I would not miss.
