'I like to be honest: the hotel was close to the road: I did not expect that, so we ask for a room not so close to the road. We were given a quinszise, while we payed for a kingsize bedroom. There was no refund what so ever… that felt a bit disappointing. The room was oke, the bathroom small. However our stay was oke, we did swim in the swimmingpool, and had a dinner not so far away from the hotel ( we could walk) but the surroundings are not so fun. The city however was great! We loved San Luis...

'Terrible experience. I wish we had not prepaid because we would have left after the first night due to their hostile, unhelpful staff. My husband is disabled and we almost missed a very important appointment because of the rude front desk. The general manager used ChatGPT to send a response to my complaint, taking zero accountability for her operation. The whole experience was a nightmare, start to finish.'

'Everything was fabulous except the weather for the two days we were there. No pool usage cause the sun wasn’t out. Cameron the day we left. Bummer cause the pool is part the reason we stay every summer. Not their fault but our stay wasn’t as great as each summer prior.'

'The breakfast was perhaps the best that I have ever had, not just a fried egg. spectacular fried egg.
The only comment I would make is that the mirror above the sink is set up for someone 5'3", not anyone around 6'. Otherwise the place has old world charm only a block from the downtown.'

'Prima hotel. Dicht bij snelweg maar daar heb je geen last vast.
Hotelkamer ruim genoeg voor 5 personen. De queensize bedden wel wat aan de smalle kant.
Ontbijt is prima alleen wat hartig beleg zou prettig geweest zijn.
Lekkage in badkamer gehad maar kwam meteen iemand kijken en we konden van kamers wisselen.
Vriendelijke service, zelfs toen we een nacht korter bleven door een wijziging in onze road-trip deden ze helemaal niet moeilijk om geld terugbetalen geven. Dit was snel geregeld via...

'Overall a great option in SLO. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast options were good and I really appreciated there was always coffee and tea available in the lobby. The only issue was that the walls seemed thin and we could hear those in the room next to us both nights we were there.'

'The on-site laundry room was super helpful in the middle of a long vacation with a lot of our dirty clothes! The outdoor games and sitting area were so fun and relaxing and cute.
