'If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

'Maria is an amazing host to a beautiful property! Check-in was seamless, the property was very clean, easy to access, and the view of the lake was breathtaking. Maria left clear instructions, clean linens, fresh fruit, and granola bars and chocolates. We rented this property for my son's graduation. The property is less than 20 mins from the school. 'Bed was comfortable and clean, patio furniture clean, kitchen and bathroom clean, a full size blanket would have been helpful for cold evening we were there. I liked the sliding patio door for fresh air. Quiet neighborhood.'

'We stayed here for one night while attending a concert in Fairport. This house is in a nice neighborhood.....Our grandsons played in the driveway which is behind the house, away from the road, and I was able to walk my dog in a nice neighborhood. We were all over the place from the Strong Museum to High Falls Park to Fairport... this house was easy to get to from anywhere. I'd highly recommend this rental -- 5 stars :)'
