'This lovely condo is on the ground floor, perfect for someone with limited mobility, though there is a tall step to enter both front & back. I assume that it’s to prevent flooding as it is very close to the water. It’s a short walk to the Seawall, beach access, and several nice restaurants. There’s generous parking in the back so no need to search for street parking, big plus! I found this condo to be very clean & no sign of critters.The kitchen is fairly well stocked for cooking but...
