'I got stranded at D.F.W. and went to motels .com and booked my room and the staff was excellent .They picked me up and got me back without a hitch and the girls at the desk made a good situation out of a bad experience..I will keep 4 Points in mind for future stays Thanx'

I would have liked to have had real oatmeal, instead of instant, but I loved having real plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware. We would definitely stay there again. The highlight for me was the lovely young lady at the front desk, Kiara, she made my day. She was so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I chose to stay there. I wish we could have stayed...
