'The whole place just smelled clean. The shuttle driver was very kind and efficient.'

'Room was basic, they had some water heater issues so we never got hot water in our room during our two night stay. Could have done a better job cleaning up the debris from the workers. '

The only complaint I have is when I first called for the shuttle when we arrived the woman who answered was pretty rude and told us if we weren’t in the right spot (despite describing exactly where we were) the shuttle would only wait 5 minutes and then we would have to “uber our own way to the hotel”. '

'Many items needed to be repaired in our room. The staff was very helpful and did what they could but it just wasn’t up to par with the normal Comfort Suites '

'We brought our young kids for a few days over Spring Break and had a great time! The indoor pool and hot tub area were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Very pleased overall and it was a good location. We will be back!'

'The room was okay nothing fantastic, basic beds weren’t the best. Staff wasn’t very friendly, they weren’t rude just not so friendly. They didn’t smile wasn’t welcoming at all. '

'Vriendelijk ontvangen. Kamer is oké. Wifi is slecht. Iedere 2 minuten opnieuw verbinden op de bovenste etage. Daarnaast een heel gedoe met het invullen en achterlaten van je gegevens om 7 dagen gebruik te kunnen maken van de wifi. Niet van deze tijd. Zorg gewoon voor een goed, gratis gebruik voor de gasten. Het ontbijt was bij opening direct heel druk. 1 toast apparaat is echt te weinig. '

'The food at the restaurant inside was good, the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, all the staff were nice. The manager came over personally and asked about my stay when I was at the bar. Many holiday parties going on. Perfect location to walk around Grapevine and uber if needed to further locations. '

'Staff was helpfull. Booked an extra night through hotels.com and staff was able to connect them both so we didnt have to check out/in. '
