Guests are welcome to cook in the unit if your preference is home-cooked food. In addition, we will provide coffee and tea for complimentary drinks.

The condominium is 1 bedroom unit with mountain view and view of the city skyline from the bedroom.

The location is within walking distance to SM City, Sesson Road, Burnham Park and other tourist spots.

We provide coffee or tea, hotel kit for shampoo, toothpaste and bath soap.

We also allow guests to do light cooking if needed.

Our property manager is in the building so we can immediately respond to your needs during your stay with us.

Parking lot is located at the ground level or underground level of the building. Paid parking is 500Php and the parking payment is per night to be paid by the guests.

No smoking inside the unit.

Pets not allowed pee condo management policy.
