Strandhotels in Bahama Village

'Location is excellent. Very close to Duval st and easy to walk to most locations in the historic district. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hotel is typical old Key West style but very comfortable with good AC and spacious rooms. You can hang out by the pool after strolling around the streets and have a drink at the hotel bar. We got a two bedroom unit which was great for a family of four. '

'I had a great time at this property and while in Key West. It was a perfect retreat and exactly what I needed. The place was clean and having access to the bikes was a plus! Also, Ken was an excellent host and very responsive.'

'This property was incredible! Absolutely beautiful, in a great location with a well maintained pool. We had a very large group of people and it accommodated everybody very comfortably. I would gladly stay here again! '

'The space was small, but you couldn't beat the location! We were within walking distance of everything...shopping, dining, and attractions. There is a pool, which was enjoyed by our relatives who were with us. I was usually resting up for another adventure! The host was extremely accomodating and readily available by phone. Parking at first was an issue because it is a residential neighborhood, but, once we found parking, we didin't move the car the whole time we were there! '

'This is a VERY nice property! We stayed with 3 adult couples with no children and it was perfect. I love having a pool, as it was quite hot while we were there, which was expected. Everything went smoothly, from check in to check out - and they weren’t there promptly at 10am giving us the stare like has happened with other places. We did depart by 10:15! 'We enjoyed 2 months at the Shipwreck Suite during peak winter season in KW. The location is absolutely amazing! When we had some issues with climate control during the really hot days the owner bent over backwards to make sure we and our puppies stayed cool and comfortable. Highly recommend this spot especially for big weekends on Duval with parades or fantasy fest. '
