'We originally booked a different property but upon arrival, found it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. We understood that things happen and mistakes are made. The property manager, Cheyne, was so helpful and responsive! He had us in a new property within minutes. We cannot say enough how happy we were with the communication and resolution. 'The location of the unit was perfect for us. It was within easy walking distance of everything that was needed. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked to be very nice. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with our various needs. The only thing that would have made our stay any more comfortable was having a chair in the room. The only place to relax was the bed and that got a little uncomfortable after 5 days! This was probably our last trip to Key West and it certainly was memorable!...
