'This is a cute little place very convenient to everything Paradise Island has to offer. We found the property to be as listed and enjoyed our stay! The property lists there is a spiral staircase so please take note of that but we had no issues hauling baggage up the stairs. 'The place was not clean, didn’t have enough items like towels, cups for the size of the 3 bedroom condo. The place was run down and seemed like the owner wasn’t managing the property well. The host responded to messages but didn’t do much to fix our concerns quickly. He was not in the country but I would think he would have someone there to manage the property. The location was excellent and the Sandy Port resort was great with many options to eat/drink in the area. '

Mr. Cash, the owner, met us at his unit and was nice enough to let us drop our groceries and luggage off while housekeeping was still there. 'Wonderful place to stay. Melissa was incredibly responsive when we had any questions. We had one tiny little issue with the door lock and maintenance was there immediately. I was there for a girls weekend with some friends and we had such a relaxing time. The infinity pool at the property was absolutely amazing. The staff at the main entrance was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Nice and quiet around the grounds. Peaceful mornings on the balcony. Condo was very clean inside....

"Money got stolen from my safe! Overal room was kinda outdated, the bathtub was plugged. There was litteraly 2 nice people from all the staff, the lady at front desk atleast gave me 100 dollar discount for the inconveniance. Overal the crimes in Bahamas are very high , i felt unsafe unfortunally. "
