'We vonden ontvangst beetje koeltjes, wat later wel iets beter werd. We kregen een kamer op de 4e etage, een suite, dat woord vonden we iets overdreven, de lift ging tot de 3e! Als je meerdere dagen blijft is dat wel een ding met zware koffers. Het bed was echt een drama. Netjes was het wel, het had een bepaalde uitstraling, iets wat gedateerd. In het toilet staat het water zo hoog dat je hand soms nat werd. Ontbijt, niet echt bijster goed.Geen brood/broodjes soms verpakte croissants, geen...

'The TV did not work, the phone did not work, electronic foor lock did not work, the property was run down and unkept, the room was dated with damaged furniture and equipment, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room was very expensive and they charged $25.00 per day for parking. Over rated and over priced. There are far better hotels in St John’s for less money. Don’t stay here!'

'In het algemeen goed, hier en daar kleine gebreken maar het hinderde me niet. Wel smaakvol ingericht. Geen receptie aanwezig, je krijgt voldoende instructies hoe je er komt. '

'Fantastic stay! Squeaky clean rooms, quiet, close to shopping. Big shout out to the fantastic woman working the bar on the afternoon of June 30th. Our family - about 20 of us - landed there for post wedding/pre reception drinks. She was efficient, friendly and her cocktails were delish! Will def stay here again!'

'Very accommodating staff, we asked for a late check out because our flight was delayed and they were fine with that and no extra charge. Good coffee but I wish we had known that the continental breakfast time is different on weekdays then weekends.'

'The staff and room we had were lovely, however soundproofing between the rooms could be significantly better… I was awoken in the middle of night to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs for what felt like forever…. I did call the front desk and they seemed to take care of what I later found out was a domestic dispute… but unfortunately that completely ruined my one “peaceful” night away from my kids, and we were not offered any discount or anything other than a “sorry about that”'
