'Very cute, clean, modern and close to the city! Finding parking was just fine, we were no more then 10 min away from downtown Seattle which was very ideal! The neighbor looked and felt very safe which was definitely a + traveling as females. I will definitely be coming back here again & recommending friends and family to stay here. '

'Initially I was concerned as I was not familiar with the area, and it looked a bit rough, but the neighborhood did not matter because the owner makes sure the home is secure. Even taking extra precautions to ensure that the front door lock and your room lock is secure, and you have your own parking spot. The house was close to shopping, and it was easy to get to work as I was out of town for a job. The bed was comfortable, I had one of the rooms with my own bathroom, and the kitchen was shared....

'I loved this place. It is small, but all you need. There is a coffee maker and small fridge in the unit but also a shared kitchen on the first floor. It appears to be newly renovated and was very clean. I was on the 2nd floor (of 2) and there is no elevator (just in case that could be a problem). 'I must say that when doing reviews it can be such a time consuming matter, but when I do one it is very well worth writing and letting others know that my stay was amazing and pleasant. I was so impressed with the way the rooms are and the comfortable beds. I experience was above and beyond my expectations then booking normal hotels in the past. I totally recommend this hotel. '

'Prima hotel, ruime kamer met een keuken erin. Badkamer is ook netjes. Ontbijt wat erbij zit is handig om even snel wat te pakken voor je vertrek maar je moet er niet te veel bij voorstellen. Parkeren is gratis, buiten en in de garage. Wat wij jammer vonden is dat ze geen kaart hebben van Seattle om mee te geven aan de gasten. Tijdens ons verblijf stond de hottub zonder water, wat we ook erg jammer vonden.'
