'For a one-night stay, this property was fine overall, and the staff, especially Mark at the front desk provided excellent customer service. He was professional, understanding, and did his best to explain the situation. That being said, Expedia or Best Western seriously need to correct the room photos being advertised for the standard rooms because they are extremely misleading. 'If you are planning to use the sofa bed, don't bother—the mattress consists of nothing but springs and is painful to sleep on. They won't replace it, and it is simply horrible. The regular beds aren't quite as bad, but the mattresses are extremely soft; if you roll toward the edge, you'll end up on the floor.'

'Room was not clean. We stayed 3 nights and after the second night we figured out, that there was no daily cleaning or towel change. There were cockroaches in the jacuzzi and around the pool. We mentioned it to the guy doing the plants and he said that they were not cockroaches. Right... I'm a travel agent, trust me... I'd recognize it. Room was okay.'
