'The cottage was beautiful, warm and cosy, there was plenty of wood for the lovely open fire.. It had everything that we needed.The bath was lovely to relax in after a days Skiing at Glen Shee. The town of Ballater was lovely with a good Indian restaurant and Chinese take away. We would definitely visit again.'

'We have just had a lovely week staying at Easter Duthil. The cottage is newly renovated and has been done beautifully providing a cosy and comfortable place to stay in the fantastic surroundings of the Spey Valley. It was perfect for our children (3 years and 11 months) as had been childproofed well and they could race around safely. 'We’ve just had a lovely weekend at the Old Stables. We really enjoyed the large, open plan kitchen/living/dining area, the hot tub and sauna and the very impressive cinema room. The house was very clean and Hazel was a great host, providing all the details we needed and very responsive to messages. Alyth is a nice wee village and the whole area is absolutely gorgeous. We had a terrific walk in the Den of Alyth and a glorious day at Glamis Castle which is very close by. '
