One downside was part of dining area in grounds seemed to be reserved for Chinese exclusively. Breakfast was good but menu very Asian as appears hotel is very popular with Chinese visitors so understandable as few westerners seen during stay. 'I was able to book this property the day of staying in Bang Saen. The only issue I can think of was when we did self-parking, it was difficult to find where the check-in lobby was. There are no signs showing where the lobby is. Also, to find my room (the property is quite large). Aside from the check-in process, the room was very clean and comfortable.'

You will have to drive to get to a swimming beach. Great local park next to the ocean for walking or jogging. Pool was great with birds and flowers and dragonflies around it. An old school off-the-beaten path place.'
