'The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The water spa was incredible- best facility that I have ever experienced at a hotel. Modern, impeccably clean, all the options you want- pool, sauna, cold plunge, steam room, private cabana area, drink service. Just excellent! Marc J, the Manager, was so welcoming and friendly. He even helped us book dinner reservations for the following night. The restaurant next door , The Fat Ox, had delicious food- had GF pasta with elk bolognese sauce!! Sooooo...

'Very comfortable and warm Lodge for our winter stay in Banff. Nice and spacious room and the lobby felt very welcoming with the fireplace. Beds slept well and we loved the hot tub at the end of a cold winter day outside. Very Good value for money and would definitely return when we’re in Banff'
