All in all good. Unhappy with the quality of the breakfast; looks like management is trying to save a few pennies versus other 5 star BKK hotels in terms of choice and quality. Especially noticable in the poor bread and cheese quality. Good level of service frontdesk and at the entrance.

Een geweldig plekje hier in de stad. Alleen de andere dag lag er een briefje van het hotel op onze mat, ging over creditcard het deposit bedrag moest omhoog? Nooit eerder meegemaakt. Het Hotel hadden we al vooruit betaald, dus het ging alleen over verbruik eten/drinken. Aan de 10000Bath zit je hier zo; niet dat wij zoveel eten en drinken, maar alles is hier gewoon erg aan de prijs, vooral bier en bv een flesje wijn. Maar zal in soortgelijke hotels hier niet veel anders zijn is het vermoeden? Deposit bedrag opgekrikt, iedereen weer blij, en verder relaxen beetje zwemmen eten biertje wijntje. We hebben ons hier prima vermaakt de laatste paar dagen van onze vakantie. Groetjes, Hans Luciene

Perfect for my stay: quiet, clean, and safe. It is a bit removed from the main sights. They have the boat and I found cabs to be very affordable but if you want to come and go throughout the day it’s probably not the most convenient. Pool was so much cooler than the rest of the city.

Very nice hotel and staff, but our room definitely needed an update! The doors to the bathroom and shower would not close so water and smells would escape. Also no night light in the bathroom which made it impossible to see and dangerous. Would stay again but will be more picky about the room we receive.

Abgenutzt und eher durchschnittlich gepflegt. Zimmer wurden nur mittelmäßig gereinigt, wundert mich aber nicht mehr in Thailand. (Ver-) störend waren die zahlreichen Blutflecken um den Fernseher herum. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war super, Rooftop Pool war sauber und bot eine tolle Aussicht auf Bangkok. Dort oben war auch im Vergleich zu Bangkok gute Luft. Würde jedem empfehlen, sich ein Hotel mit Rooftop zu suchen, muss aber nicht dieses sein.

I highly recommended this hotel we stayed in feb 24, food is excelent, attention very good, Mr Ice helped us in everything we need including tours around the city, the rooms we used were very clean.. we were party of 4, we definetely come back to the same hotel.. also the infinity pool view from the 26th floor is awesome, and free water taxi to Inconsiam mall..

I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s beautiful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Included breakfast buffet is delish! Great location with free boat ride across the river to catch the SkyTrain which is a short distance to catch transfers to the temples. A friend recommended to me and I recommend to you.

There was a corner of each area of the bathroom which were visibly dirty (black dirty corner on white tile). Asked the staff regarding mini bar that was not fully stocked yet there was a long list of prices if we did use anything from it. I got a blank smile and shrug. Asked staff easiest way to get to the palace and told “I don't know”. Asked staff why my receipt had someone else’s name and charges on it and told “I don’t know, that is your room”. Overcharged. Only purchased a $20 lunch but got a >$100 bill. Everything is overpriced but the hotel itself is not beautiful or posh in any way. Not even a tub or a free sauna. Need a reservation just to go to the rooftop bar (was not warned about this in advance). Spa services are overpriced, would go to a real spa in the city of Bangkok - I went to a hole in the wall spa and had an amazing massage at 1/20th of the cost at this hotel. Lots of businesses are located within this hotel/tall building. It felt more like staying in an airport hotel than a luxury hotel. The wait for the elevator is endless and hotel rooms are at the top floors of this 26 floor building so you cannot just easily take the stairs. Would not recommend anyone to splurge on this place. There is nothing to do nearby on the same side of the river so you will spend an hour minimum each day just commuting to sites that you could walk to from other hotels.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Chao Praya und die Skyline von Bangkok. Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Zwar etwas abgelegen con der City, aber via Crab oder mit der hauseigenen Fähre kommt man schnell überall hin. Wir würden wiederkommen.

This is a very nice hotel but it has an overwhelming perfumed scent in all of the public areas, similar to cotton candy mixed with air freshener. The theme is colorful, candy store meets exotic dancer, just over the top for me with loud, pumping music. The panoramic views of Bangkok on the river are fantastic and the room amenities are very nice. If you have any sensitivity or allergies to heavy perfumed smells, then this is not the hotel for you.

The staff are extremely helpful. This is a lovely hotel and would recommend to anyone. There is a free ferry every 30 minutes across the river and other various locations for convenience. Good dining and lovely roof top bar.
