When I took a taxi to the hotel, they brought me to the wrong hotel in the first place, becuase there are two i residence hotels in the area: in Silom and Sathorn. Be sure to tell your driver to which one you need to go.
When I arrived, the staff was very quiet and distant.
The room was very clean, and well maintained but a bit outdated. They did not have "do not disturb" signs, so I was awakened by housekeeping quite a few times. Every room has a doorbell which is quite honestly the worst thing to wake up to.
Airconditioning works fine in the rooms, but the hallways are not airconditioned so it gets really hot.
Room service was average. Put together in a few minutes and doesn't win any prizes.
Breakfast was horrrible. Stale croissants, toasts were dry, and the noodles were lukewarm, bland and tasted old. I recommend to just go to a local streetfood stall to get breakfast.
Also I went to get some food from a street food stall that afternoon, and asked to borrow a fork from the front desk. They wouldn't lend me a fork unless I paid up. Disappointed.
TL;DR
Comfortable room, bad room service and breakfast, staff not very helpful.
