It is basically a gold kind of businesshotel, not far from BKK airport. Rooms are OK, but for business purposes a few things went wrong.
We booked roomservice between 0715 and 0730. It arrived at 0740. Not a massive deal but not good either.
Then, we booked a taxi at 0800. There was no taxi at 0800 and it seems front office staff was busier to find out what (and especially who) made a mistake here. Again not a super big deal but there are no taxi's around so it took another 10-15 minutes.
If you have appointments planned, keep this in mind.
So things to improve I would say.
